The NORDEON GROUP – equipped for every lighting technology requirement
Since its founding in 2012, the NORDEON GROUP has been pursuing a clear strategy, focusing on the best of both worlds: It combines the flexibility and agility of independently operating companies with the benefits and stability of a large corporate entity. The companies benefit from the strengths that the business group has to offer in the areas of innovation, production, purchasing and access to a comprehensive portfolio of solutions. They have a clear goal in mind: Offering customers the best product solution, the best lighting and optimal service.
Whether indoor or outdoor, whether industrial, trade or office. Whether architectural lighting or illumination relating to all aspects of houses and buildings, public squares, “urban spaces”, or large infrastructure projects such as airports and train stations. With its subsidiaries, the NORDEON GROUP offers architects, planners, lighting designers, municipal decision-makers and industrial customers products and solutions for a variety of needs – from a single source and with comprehensive consulting and project support.
Strong brands and businesses, strong presence and strong global innovations
Three exhibition stands – three impressive presences. The NORDEON GROUP shows the potential embedded in it and its subsidiaries – innovation, design and passion.
Pierre van Lamsweerde, CEO of the Group, is pleased with the trade fair appearance as well as numerous premieres and new products: “With our strong fair presence, we are impressively documenting the innovative power of our Group. With our products and holistic solution concepts, we offer customers around the world the widest array of lighting and design solutions – ones that are both highly innovative and forward-looking.”
GRIVEN – The specialist for high-quality and powerful spotlighting and illumination
GRIVEN, one of the world’s leading design and manufacturing companies in the market for architectural lighting, will present a number of highly innovative and brand-new products for sophisticated architectural lighting solutions: For example, the ultra-compact and versatile SATHURNO RGBW LED in-ground luminaire for unique wall-wash effects. The extremely flat housing allows for discreet installation in any type of ground – even where ground installation of spotlights commonly is not planned.
Nearly every visual concept, as well as a variety of patterns and graphics in an optimal pixel resolution, can be realized with the newly developed and waterproof LED rails Graph-i-Line 20 and 40. The limitless variety of lighting designs enables functions including independently controllable LEDs. Through specially designed optics, the brand-new microPARADE LED rail – equipped with a new generation of 12, 24 or 36 mid-power RGBW or RGBA LEDs – is suited for attractive grazing light effects in impressive colour intensity.
In addition, JASPER, EKLIPSE, and MoLED GRAPHIC are among the most important innovations from GRIVEN. JASPER is a versatile, elegant spotlight with high output, ideal for general and dynamic accents and narrow or wide-beam illumination of large areas. With EKLIPSE, the inner frame or outer edges of windows and balconies can be illuminated, resulting in effects on façades that are more than visually stunning. And MoLED GRAPHIC is an advanced in-ground LED luminaire that makes endless patterns and graphics possible, thus supporting virtually any visual concept.
HESS – The future of urban lighting and space design – also in 3D
The versatile product and solution portfolio of HESS does justice to the design requirements of all stripes, satisfying even the most demanding lighting and design requirements.
HESS will be presenting the future of urban lighting and space design – live at the stand and in 3D – making it an experience of a very special kind. And on top of that, HESS will be presenting a world premier: ARINI. A completely new lighting system that combines light and multifunctional operation with an exceptional design. A system for the urban demands on space design – both today and tomorrow. Prepare to be surprised and inspired.
In addition, the revolutionary ACCADIA LED in-ground luminaires will be presented with their unique reflector technology, with which HESS sets standards in the architectural light low-power segment. With CITY ELEMENTS, Hess will present its multifunctional illuminating column system. Multifunctional and timeless, it is perfect for those who want more than just light.
VULKAN – maximum efficiency thanks to wind power
VULKAN, one of the oldest lighting brands in the German-speaking world, provides cities, municipalities and energy providers with technically sophisticated and innovative products for standardised and highly energy-efficient illumination. VULKAN is exhibiting a world first: the vertical wind generator. It ensures grid-independent lighting through wind power. What makes it unique: the system provides light for up to 10 days even without wind. In addition, further product launches and updates will be presented, including the newly developed technical street luminaire V3610 with a broad range of optimized optics for wide pole spacing and new optics for footpaths and cycle paths especially for low mounting heights.
A two-fold premiere is being celebrated with the decorative flat cable-suspended luminaire V3125 and the linear technical cable-suspended luminaire V3130 – both of which offer a lifetime of up to 100,000 h (L80B10). And with the V5050 “Fit to whip”, the ideal luminaire for whip poles is presented in a slimline design. It is perfect for 1:1 replacement of the obsolete fluorescent lamp technology – and also available in bi-colour design at the customer’s request.
